The Role
As an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering a proactive health and wellbeing strategy that safeguards our people, fosters resilience, and drives a positive workplace culture. This is a role to make a real difference by ensuring our workforce feels at their best and works in environments that support their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* Leading the delivery of occupational health and industrial hygiene services in partnership with our external provider
* Designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives that support physical, mental, financial, and social health
* Providing expert advice to managers and employees on health, wellbeing, and workplace adjustments
* Monitoring health and wellbeing data, identifying trends, and reporting insights to senior leaders
* Building strong relationships with leadership teams and the wider workforce
Note: This role is full time, 36 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience in leading and managing occupational health and wellbeing functions
* Background in delivering occupational health services
* Skilled in interpreting health and wellbeing data and producing actionable reports
* Experience managing external contracts related to occupational health and wellbeing
* Demonstrable success in developing and implementing wellbeing strategies and initiatives
Qualifications
* Qualification in occupational health (e.g. nurse, physician)
* NEBOSH General Certificate – desirable
* Project Management qualification – desirable
Security Clearance
