Regional Development Manager North of Scotland (Home-Based) £36,000 – £40,000 Commission Company Car A leading wholesale distribution business is looking for a Regional Development Manager to drive growth across independent retail customers in the North of Scotland. This role will cover Inverness, Western Isles and across to Fraserburgh. The Role Grow sales within existing independent retailers Identify and win new retail business Develop symbol group / branded store partnerships Provide merchandising and category advice Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities You will manage a large territory responsible for around £7M in annual sales, working closely with internal teams across sales, logistics, and commercial.
