What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager
* Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
* Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
* Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience
* Train, coach and motivate the team — you’ll be a key part of our leadership pipeline
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management
* Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business
What You Bring to the Squad
* Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
* Ability to multi-task in a busy, hands-on environment
* You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive attitude, solution-focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
* And you have a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious
