Bydd pob diwrnod yn wahanol.Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listen to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. In the morning, you may be working with a supportive housekeeping team in an inspiring historic setting. You’ll be helping with the day-to-day cleaning and care of the collections of objects. You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and be prepared to use ladders and / or scaffold towers. The rest of your day will be visitor experience based - you’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from working in the main Visitor Welcome Centre, to being a room guide in the castle.Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.
