About the Role As an Admin Assistant, you will: Provide general administrative support to Teaching Personnel and partner schools. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. Assist with scheduling, diary management, and coordinating meetings. Support recruitment processes, including organising interviews and managing documentation. Prepare reports, letters, and communications as required. Work collaboratively with school staff and Teaching Personnel consultants to ensure smooth operations. About You We are looking for an Admin Assistant who: Has previous administrative experience, ideally in an office or school environment. Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrates strong communication skills and can work effectively with colleagues, schools, and external partners. Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems. Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.
