Employee Relations Manager 12-Month Contract

Surrey / Hybrid


We’re working with a large, complex UK organisation to appoint an Employee Relations Manager on a 12 month contract.


This is a hands-on ER role with responsibility for managing complex casework and partnering closely with senior leaders on people matters and change activity.


Key responsibilities include:


* Lead and manage the full ER lifecycle (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, whistleblowing, flexible working)
* Coach and advise line managers on employment law and best practice
* Own complex ER cases end-to-end, including hearings and tribunal prep
* Line manage and develop an ER Advisor
* Support organisational change, including consultation, redundancy and TUPE
* Drive continuous improvement in ER policy, process and insight


About you:

* Proven senior ER / Employee Relations experience
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident stakeholder influencer in fast-paced environments
* CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
