The Sales Performance Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales function by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and operational support.
This role ensures that the sales team has the tools, systems access, and intelligence required to meet commercial goals. The analyst is responsible for CRM and pricing tool support, training, onboarding, performance reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
