Description
* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
* Review and finalise audit reports, providing constructive feedback to team members.
* Coordinate with clients to address queries and provide clear communication throughout the audit process.
* Mentor and support junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
* Assist in the development of client relationships and business opportunities.
* Stay updated on changes in accounting and audit regulations.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
* Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA or ACCA.
