The expanding team is led by individuals with extensive experience in personal injury, road traffic accidents, medical negligence, and employer liability cases in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court.
The role is varied and interesting, involving the handling of a caseload primarily working in the Court of Session, including abuse, medical negligence, road traffic accidents, and fatal accident inquiries.
