Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Pricing Management & Accuracy
8. Take full ownership of all pricing uploads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in coordination with the Merchandising and Buying teams
9. Act as the key point of contact for any pricing-related queries or issues, supporting the team in all repricing activities and maintaining data integrity across systems.
Promotions Setup & Analysis
10. Lead the setup and execution of promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Site and Merchandising teams.
11. Work closely with the Pricing Analyst and Pricing Manager to assess risks and alignment of each promotion with the commercial strategy
12. Provide detailed post-promotion analysis and insights to inform future promotional planning and strategy.
Regional Performance Review
13. Conduct regular reviews of regional pricing strategies and assess the performance of new stock on site by brand and by region.
14. Identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization across markets to drive commercial performance.
Competitor Benchmarking
15. Perform ongoing competitor analysis using Edited and other relevant tools, delivering insights on pricing and promotional strategies to support strategic decision-making.
The type of person we are looking for:
16. Good Microsoft Excel skills, including familiarity with basic formulas and pivot tables; willingness to learn more advanced functions.
17. Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail with an interest in working with data and numbers to support decision-making.
18. Basic understanding or interest in pricing and promotions; any previous exposure is a plus but not essential.
19. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to share findings in a simple and concise way.
20. Team player with a proactive attitude, ready to support cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Buying, and Site Trading.
