Onshore Electrical M&E Supervisor
In this role, you will support and supervise onshore M&E activities for large-scale wind turbine projects, acting as a key interface between engineering teams and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all onshore pre-assembly works.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support all onshore mechanical and electrical (M&E) activities for the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Project, ensuring safe and compliant execution.
* Act as a key interface between electrical engineers, project management, and M&E contractors, ensuring strong coordination and clear communication.
* Review and support documentation requirements including RAMS, daily progress reports, technical deliverables, and work procedures.
* Supervise contractor teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations are clearly defined and met.
* Identify and report non-conformities, PLIs, and potential roadblocks, coordinating solutions with the wider project team.
* Support planning, mobilisation, material sourcing, and onshore pre-assembly activities, ensuring all works remain on schedule and aligned with project milestones.
Essential Criteria
* Professional education in electrical engineering and construction or extensive experience in offshore/onshore wind turbine construction as an electrician.
* Minimum 5 years’ onshore/offshore supervisory experience.
* GWO Full Package – mandatory.
* Valid Industry Medical – mandatory.
Desirable Criteria
* Proven history in offshore WTG construction, ideally 5+ years in a leading position.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain installation methods and procedures.
* Good understanding of CDM regulations.
* Strong commitment to HSE standards.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to represent the client effectively.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional project environment.
