Multi Trader
Eastbourne
£175-200 per day
Working for a social housing provider, you would be working alongside Multi Traders and Kitchen & Bathroom fitters inside occupied properties. The contract spans Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Tunbridge Wells, & Medway, but you would have a local patch.
Day to Day duties of Multi Trader:
1. Basic Repairs and Maintenance of Occupied Properties
2. Kitchen & Bathroom fitting
3. Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
4. Experience as a Carpenter, Plumber, Plasterer, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, or Multi Trader
5. If you have worked as any of the above and have picked up some skills along your career that may suit
6. Driving License
7. You should be able to work with a fast pace to a high quality
