Job Description
We’re working with a well-established organisation based in Media City, Salford Quays, who are looking for an experienced Accounts & Admin Assistant to join their friendly team on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining accounts support, administration, and office coordination.
You’ll be working approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking provided.
Responsibilities
Accounts Duties
* Processing the sales ledger using Sage 200
* Sales order processing
* Stock control and stock procurement
* Supporting general ad-hoc finance and admin tasks
Administration & Office Support
* Assisting with Health & Safety administrative duties
* Handling incoming calls and greeting visitors
* Managing the boardroom planner and scheduling meetings
* Filing, scanning, photocopying, and general office tasks
* Collecting deliveries from building reception
* Providing hospitality for visitors and meetings
* Occasional travel to a nearby warehouse (5 minutes away)
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Experience working in a finance/accounts environment
* Sage 200 experience (essential)
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in stock control
* A polite, professional manner and a flexible approach
* A driving licence (preferred)

* Hours: 25 per week (Mon–Fri, 5 hours per day) (Flexible)
