We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a global engineering manufacturer in Little Hulton.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong eye for detail, good assembly skills, and confidence working with both electrical and mechanical components.

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
* Assembling sub-assemblies and finished products
* Working with electrical and mechanical components
* Soldering to a high standard
* Using hand tools and assembly equipment
* Following assembly procedures and technical instructions
* Supporting daily and weekly production targets
* Carrying out quality checks and reporting defects where required
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety
What will you need?
* Previous assembly or production experience
* Good soldering skills
* Electrical or mechanical assembly background
* Confidence using hand tools and equipment
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
