Support Officer
The Support Officer post will provide support within the Family Services Team and offer administrative assistance across all areas of the organisation, as required. This role involves processing referrals, maintaining accurate case records, producing high-quality reports and analysing data that directly informs how we deliver support and drive positive change across the organisation.
As a key part of the team, you will help to ensure the smooth coordination of family support services, enabling frontline staff to focus on delivering direct support to children and families.
You will need to be able to plan and prioritise your workload, work accurately with strong attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills. You will interact with families and professionals via telephone, email, messaging services, and in-person.
This post is initially part-time with the potential to become full-time.
