Role Responsibilities

As a Business Support Administrator, you'll support 7 recruitment consultants with onsite administrative duties.


Contracts Administration:

* Creating contracts, letters, and mail shots as requested by the Recruitment team.
* Processing queries and providing contractor information.
* Updating candidate records for contract changes, such as rate adjustments, site changes, or extensions.
* Creating bookings on the payroll database.


General Administration:

* Maintaining the work area, following security and health & safety procedures.
* Ensuring CVs are added promptly in line with GDPR laws.
* Candidate onboarding, including eligibility checks and references.
* Processing stationery requests.
* Sorting, distributing, and frank mailing daily.
* Performing any other duties as required.


Reception Cover:

* Greeting visitors and announcing arrivals.
* Advising visitors on security procedures.


Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in an administrative role.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong prioritization skills.
