Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant looking to make a real impact? You will be support Company Director and senior leadership team with operations, events, time management, and strategy. This is a high-profile role where your discretion, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs will be key to success. Your role centres around decision-making, assisting the Director in staying informed, prepared, and focused. This role is a hybrid position, based from the Leeds office for 3 days a week, there may be times where flexibility is required. What you'll be doing: Offering confidential, high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. Events management responsibilities, including internal meetings, travel requests, and expense claims for senior managers. Sophisticated diary management, coordination of travel arrangements and itineraries to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Preparing clear, concise reports and communications, often on behalf of the Director and to board level. Analysing data (e.g. sales performance) and present insights to support decision-making. Attending meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items with senior team members. Developing visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. What you'll bring: Demonstrated experience as a PA or Executive Assistant in a dynamic setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities. Confident working independently and making good decisions. Comfortable liaising with senior managers and external contacts. Analytical demeanour with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
