We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team at Allure Beauty Lounge a boutique beauty salon in the heart of Wallingford. We are seeking for a part-time or full time. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating expertise in various beauty treatments such as facials, body sculpting treatments and ability to do manicure/pedicuren. As a Beautician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the confidence and satisfaction of our clients through your skills and creativity.
Responsibilities
* Provide a range of Facials with the use of machines (Hydrogen Facial machine AND/OR Led Light Therapy AND/OR High Frequency AND/OR Microdermabrasion)
* Provide body sculpting (RF and Ultrasound Cavitation) treatments
* Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients informed recommendations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
* Handle client bookings, appointments, and follow-ups professionally.
* Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.
Requirements
* Relevant training certificate is essential
* Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
* Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
* Proficiency in makeup application techniques and knowledge of various beauty products.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and develop skills.
