About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development across various subjects. Working closely with teachers and the wider school community, you will help create a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages all students to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities that support the curriculum.
Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Promote a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support pupils' holistic development.
