About the role:
This role of Graphic Designer, Email & Content Producer (aka Graphic Designer & Junior Production Associate) will play a key role in creating and executing exceptional multi-channel digital experiences, supporting marketing and communication efforts across our pharmaceutical client’s organization. This position combines creative design expertise with strong project ownership, requiring hands-on proficiency using both established and emerging design and content authoring tools. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and accessible digital content.
What you’ll do:
1. Design and develop engaging, cross-channel experiences across various digital platforms (majorly email and website)
2. Independently drive, coordinate, and close on design requirements for diverse projects
3. Create and amend a variety of digital assets, including:
4. New email designs and updates to existing emails
5. Develop emails on content authoring tools (using the non-code tool KNAK)
6. Edits to existing website design
7. Video editing could be a plus
8. Design print assets, including brochures, posters, and flyers, ensuring materials are print-ready
9. Implement best practices in accessible and inclusive design
10. Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues in agile environments
11. Stay current with agile marketing processes and adapt to evolving project needs

Ideal Qualifications:
1. Educational Background – Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline
2. 2-4 years of experience in the creative design domain; experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role
3. Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production, illustration, logo creation, branding, and interaction design
4. Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, KNAK, BEE Editor or Creatopy etc.
5. Familiarity with pharmaceutical/health technology is a plus
6. Experience creating production specs/assets, working directly with developers for implementation of designs is a plus
Technical skills:
1. Experience with digital channels
2. Project management understanding and practice
3. Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards, including responsiveness to multiple devices and screen formats, readability, etc.
4. Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry knowledge is an advantage but not a must
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Any specific tool/platform requirement: Adobe Suite, FIGMA, KNAK.
