About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll:
* Support room leaders in providing exceptional, balanced educational and care experiences.
* Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
* Build trusted relationships with families, ensuring they feel confident and happy.
* Adhere to policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines to maintain our high standards.
* Represent Banana Moon in the community and support our nursery's stellar reputation.
