Job Title: Contracts Support – Northern
Location: Chester Office (CH1 4NP)
Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (office-based)
Role Overview- Contracts Support
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Support Operative to join our Chester-based Service Division. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth running of contract management processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining strong communication with clients, engineers, and management.
The ideal candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, with a background in administration or customer support. Previous experience within the engineering or construction industry will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Contracts Support
* Provide comprehensive support for contract management processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and management via phone and email, maintaining professional etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining well-organised records.
* Plan and schedule works in coordination with engineers and management.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance overall service delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience (Essential)
* Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written).
* Proven experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
(Desirable)
* Previous experience within the engineering or construction industry at administration level.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
