Daily reminders/updates and schedule for the CEO.
Diary management.
Business and private travel, provide itinerary arrange transport, boarding pass etc
Handling property portfolio: Overseeing property manuals, arrange any repairs/liaise with plumbers, electricians etc. Arrange tenancy contracts, keep track of when tenant moves in/out. Servicing of boilers, etc. Tracking rental repairs/maintenance costs required for annual tax return.
Tracking household expenses.
Liaising with household staff to ensure that all shopping and household essentials are well stocked. Take housekeeper to do the weekly shop.
Ensure cars are taxed/MOT/Congestion charges are paid.
Errand running.
Handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
