* Position: Compliance Manager
* Contract: Full-time, permanent
* Salary: Grade D1-D5 £27,779 - £30,564

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure excellent standards of teaching & learning across the subject.
* Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the department, including self evaluation and the improvement plan.
* Monitor student progress and implement strategic intervention for the department.
Essential Requirements
* Act as the first point of contact for H&S compliance matters within the school.
* Provide day‑to‑day advice and guidance to the Headteacher and relevant colleagues on compliance matters, escalating complex, high‑risk or novel issues as appropriate.
* Support the school to comply with policies, statutory requirements and regulatory expectations.
