Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven salesperson with strong knowledge in neuromodulation, orthopaedics, spine, or pain management? This is an exciting opportunity to work with market-leading technology, engage with top-tier clinicians, and play a critical role in improving patient outcomes.
A bit about the company and what they can offer you
Our client is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art neuromodulation and pain control technologies. Their innovative denervation needle is widely regarded as a ‘game-changer’ in the industry, and they’re the oldest supplier globally in this space! Their products offer significant advantages over competitors, combining clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology.
What’s in it for you?
A values-based company who recognise and reward employees that embrace passion, innovation, transparency, and simplicity. They care about providing you with an environment that is respectful, fulfilling and rewarding, whilst leaving plenty of room for progression to achieve your aspirations!
What you’ll be doing
This is a field-based role focusing on developing new business, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding the company’s footprint within pain management and spine surgery sectors; through identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers including spine surgeons and pain specialists
* Promote the full product range and laser discectomy systems
* Deliver product demonstrations and clinical support as required
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and market intelligence
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in Northeast London, UK and are willing to travel frequently within the territory.
You’ll have a proven track record in medical sales, ideally within neuromodulation, orthopaedics, spine, or pain management.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
* Self-motivated and target-driven with strong negotiation skills
* Clinical credibility and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals
* Willingness to travel within the UK
* Excellent organisational and reporting abilities
