Overview:
They are seeking their next apprentice to join their busy Glasgow City Centre office to support their existing team.
The role involves daily use of Outlook for emailing clients and colleagues, as well as providing general office support.
Duties:
* Providing 1st line support to clients and third parties, with proactive communication regarding claims.
* Updating client claims details using bespoke visual files system.
* Performing data entry tasks to keep departmental systems current via Microsoft Excel.
* Reporting data insights to various departments, working with stakeholders.
* Liaising with counsel and legal representatives to maintain caseloads via visual files system.
* Transferring online files between teams and departments.
* Assisting in preparing companywide communications and presentations.
* Booking client and internal meetings via Outlook.
* Using Microsoft Teams for colleague communication.
Desirable skills:
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Customer-focused with an understanding of excellent client care.
Salary: £17,000 per annum.
Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

This vocational apprenticeship supports your role with comprehensive training, mentorship, and assessments. You will be fully supported by your QA skills coach and work mentor, who will help you develop skills, pass assessments, and ensure your growth aligns with your role. Upon completion, you'll gain a nationally recognized qualification at SCQF Level 6.
