Why not join us as a Regional Trainer/Assessor ? This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Within this role, you will be assessing on our Level 5 Operational Management and Level 3 Team Leading Supervisor Apprenticeship Standards, therefore relevant experience within these areas is essential. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. As a Regional Trainer/Assessor you will be: Teaching, training and assessing both in person (in College and in the workplace) and online via Microsoft Teams. Assessing learner's work, files and portfolios. Monitoring and evaluating learner progress, and developing programmes of study with them, including the development of English and Maths. Advising both learners and their employers on their training requirements within your area of expertise. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Have relevant professional experience relating to Operational Management and Team Leading. Be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate clear self-management when under pressure or in a demanding situation. Have, or be willing to work towards, an Assessors Award and/or Internal Verifiers Award. Be willing and able to travel to other sites, including employer locations which may not be reachable by public transport.
