The Role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising your shift effectively
* Managing residents' care plans, while working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other partners to ensure the highest standards of care
* Administering and recording medication accurately
* Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safety at all times
* Supporting residents with their daily needs alongside care assistants, encouraging independence and activity wherever possible
* Working with the leadership team to continuously improve our services
* Bringing a positive, professional, and inclusive approach to everything you do

About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives. Ideally, you will:
* Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or be willing to work towards it)
* Be organised, confident with IT, and skilled at delegating tasks effectively
* Have proven leadership and supervisory experience
* Understand care planning processes
* Be trained in, or open to training on, medication administration
* Above all, have a compassionate, caring nature with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of others

Pay: £12.21-£17.34 per hour
