What you’ll be doing Be the person everyone trusts for great support You’ll deliver hands‑on deskside support for everything from laptops and applications to meeting room kit and collaboration tools, keeping our office running smoothly with minimal downtime. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals quickly and effectively Own, prioritise, and resolve issues following ITIL best practice Keep our meeting rooms, AV equipment, and collaboration tools fully operational Use modern, AI‑powered tools to diagnose issues, create documentation, and speed up resolutions Make the employee experience seamless You’ll manage the full joiner/mover/leaver process — setting people up for success and ensuring smooth transitions. IT inductions for new starters Account provisioning and access setup Laptop deployment, relocation, and secure decommissioning Own our onsite IT environment You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring compliance with IT standards, and protecting the integrity of our local technology setup. Hardware lifecycle management IT governance and security control adherence Asset tracking and documentation Provide high‑touch support to VIP stakeholders When senior leaders or shareholders need help, you’ll respond quickly, discreetly and professionally — delivering a reliable, high‑quality service. Drive digital transformation We’re modernising how our teams work, and you’ll play a key role in helping people adopt new tools and smarter ways of working.
