Role Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Latus Group is responsible for generating high-quality Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. The role is critical to building pipeline for the sales team and directly contributes to revenue growth. Role and Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement, to generate new sales opportunities. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Latus Groups defined SQO criteria, including need, fit, authority, and timing. Schedule, confirm, and hand overqualified meetings to the Sales team, ensuring clear agendas, accurate notes, and context are provided in advance. Maintain strict accuracy and hygiene within the CRM, ensuring all activity, qualification details, and outcomes are logged and auditable. Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects to progress conversations and reduce no-show or drop-off rates. Monitor acceptance and disqualification feedback from Sales to continuously improve lead quality and qualification standards. Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and prospect messaging. Manage personal pipeline activity to consistently achieve monthly SQO targets and progression through the ramp plan. Stay up to date with Latus Groups products, services, value propositions, and compliance requirements to confidently position solutions. Adhere to all governance, compliance, and ethical sales standards, including data protection and anti-gaming policies. Participate in coaching, call reviews, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement. Support ad-hoc sales initiatives, pilot campaigns, or process improvements as required by the business. Skills and Experience Required 1 year in B2B high-velocity outbound sales or the ability to demonstrate that you will work hard, are coachable and have a growth mindset Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) is preferred Strong communication skills Emotional intelligence We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary (£27,500 £32,500) OTE.
