Working closely with the Microsoft Partner Development Managers and Dynamics Practice Lead, this role focuses on recruitment, enablement, and presales support of Microsoft Business Applications such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and related productivity tools. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting our Partners as they develop and grow their Biz App practices. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Auckland. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit potential Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners (ERP and CRM) through targeted outreach, events, referrals, and market intelligence. Promote the benefits of partnering with Microsoft and joining our ecosystem, including incentives, co-selling opportunities, and enablement resources. Identify and engage Microsoft Partners across the Microsoft ecosystem who are open to collaborating on Business Applications (Biz Apps) opportunities through Partner-to-Partner (P2P) engagements. Support the partner onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition through registration, MPN setup, and initial enablement steps. Collaborate with Microsoft and internal teams to qualify and assess partner capabilities and readiness. Maintain and update partner records, pipeline activity, and engagement status using Dicker Data Partner Management tools. Assist in coordinating partner-facing events, webinars, and workshops to drive awareness and interest in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Stay updated on Microsoft programs, licensing models, product updates, and incentives relevant to Dynamics partners. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance Partner technical and business knowledge. Skills And Experiences Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (any module), Power Platform, or other Microsoft business tools. Strong interest in business processes, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.). Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills. Preferred Qualifications Internship or volunteer experience with business applications, especially Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform technologies. Certification(s) in Microsoft Fundamentals (such as PL-900, MB-910, or MB-920) or willingness to obtain within the first year. Exposure to process mapping and automation concepts. Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and SaaS solutions.
