Job description:
We are currently recruiting fora Shift Leadwithin the Butter Department at Muller Market Draytonto enable the team to deliver targets and continuously improve performance by coaching and developing our people.
Shift pattern: 4on4off
Location: Market Drayton (Butter)
Responsibilities will include:
* Creating and delivering development plans.
* Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems.
* Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives.
* People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues.
* Collaboratively works with other teams to improve our business.
* Deep knowledge of Operational Excellence, coaching team on use of the principles and tools.
