Key Responsibilities -
Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner Working with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Skills Required -
Previous experience within an IT Support setting Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365 Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
