We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Bedford based clients’ team as a Sales/Account Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with your manager to drive sales growth across various customer channels, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives. This role is heavily B2C focused so requires someone experienced in business development.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
* Assist in managing relationships with selected customers, ensuring a superior level of service.
* Collaborate with the team to foster strong rapport with chosen customers.
* Support in expanding customer base by nurturing new relationships.
Sales Development:
* Work to maximise revenue potential from existing customers and explore avenues for introducing new products.
* Actively seek out new business opportunities in line with company strategy.
* Contribute ideas for formulating sales plans with selected customers to meet company targets.
Business Management:
1. Collaborate with management to drive profitability among selected customers.
