Part time Administrator (Mobile Devices)
Job Type: Part time – 20 hours a week over 5 days (Fixed Term until March 2027)
Location: Torpoint – HMS Raleigh, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Distribute Personal Electronic Devices and their accessories to students on specified courses.
* Maintain student allocation logs for devices issued.
* Ensure student profiles are set up on the mobile device management system (JAMF).
* Set up and maintain course profiles on the mobile device system.
* Process and maintain new application requests.
* Ensure electronic and physical cleaning of devices upon return from students.
* Handle password resets and raise issues to second‑line support.
* Package and return any ‘failed’ devices to the supplier for repair.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to gain UK SC clearance.
