We are looking for an ambitious and organised Sales Support Executive to join a fast-growing digital media business. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to the full sales process and offers the potential to grow into a senior UK sales role within 2–3 years. You’ll play a key role supporting the sales team, including account managers, business developers, and marketing experts. Your work will touch every part of the sales process—from preparing quotes and managing the CRM to supporting pitches, onboarding clients, and assisting with events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment but can also work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to change.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Manage CRM data and create quotes in the ERP system
* Assist with client onboarding and respond to pre- and post-sales queries
* Prepare sales, pipeline, and performance reports
* Support business development activities including pitches, proposals, and tenders
* Assist in planning and executing customer visits, events, and awards
* Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
* Monitor potential tendering and business opportunities
* Carry out other duties as required to support the team and company growth
Your Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Confident, organised, and self-motivated
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Technically curious and quick to learn new systems
* Ambitious, driven, and eager to progress in a fast-paced environment
* Personable and professional with clients and colleagues
Desirable:
* Previous sales administration or B2B sales experience
* Interest or passion for technology, digital media, and innovation
