Supply Desk are recruiting Early Years Teachers and experienced practitioners for exciting long-term opportunities across Worthing. These roles offer consistency, development, and the chance to transition into a permanent position.
What You’ll Do:
Support children in EYFS settings, including Nursery and Reception
Deliver creative and engaging activities aligned with EYFS standards
Foster communication, confidence, and independence
Support children with a range of needs, including SEN where required
Build a positive, inclusive classroom culture
We’re Looking For:
Early Years experience (teaching or practitioner level)
QTS (for teacher roles) or relevant childcare qualification
Understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development
A nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
