Title: Corporate HR & Legal Administrator
Location: Central London (Hybrid working)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
Our client is a multinational manufacturing group with a strong international presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Corporate HR & Legal Administrator to join their London office, supporting both the Human Resources and Legal functions across a broad range of administrative, compliance, systems, and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and general HR support
* Act as the primary administrator for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, security, and user support
* Maintain accurate records for employee files, legal documentation, policies, contracts, and compliance matters
* Support the implementation of new systems, process improvements, and automation initiatives across HR operations
* Coordinate HR documentation, policy updates, compliance tracking, and reporting requirements
* Provide administrative support to the in-house Legal team across a variety of legal and compliance matters
* Assist with the preparation, management, and maintenance of legal documentation and records
* Support policy development, document control processes, and wider compliance activities
* Liaise with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders where required
* Support wider business projects and process improvements across HR and legal operations
* Ensure confidential information is handled professionally and in line with company procedures
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ Paralegal experience gained within a reputable law firm
* Strong understanding of legal documentation, legal administration, and compliance processes
* Experience within a corporate, multinational, or professional services environment
* Exposure to HR administration, HR operations, or HR systems would be advantageous
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
* Demonstrated experience implementing new systems, improving processes, or driving automation initiatives
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working across multiple systems
* Professional, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information appropriately
* Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working within a fast-paced international business environment
Desirable:
* Law Degree (LLB) or other relevant bachelor's degree from a reputable university
* Knowledge of UK Employment Law
* Experience supporting HR systems, technology, or process improvement initiatives
* Strong interest in automation, systems, and operational efficiency
