Grove Medical Centre is seeking to appoint a salaried general practitioner to join our friendly and supportive practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated GP to work within a patient-focused environment that values continuity of care and high-quality clinical practice.
We are ideally looking for a GP with experience of working within a very fast paced duty team although all suitable applicants will be considered.
Main duties of the job
* Deliver a mix of routine and urgent GP consultations (face-to-face and telephone as clinically appropriate)
* Manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
* Provide appropriate prescribing, investigations, and referrals
* Ensure safe and effective clinical decision-making and safety-netting
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
* Participate in clinical meetings and practice development activities

* GMC registered general practitioner
* Inclusion on the NHSE medical performers list
To be considered for the position, you will have the following:
* GMC registered general practitioner
* Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
* Good clinical and consultation skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload independently
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working in duty/urgent care clinics
* Previous experience in UK general practice
* Interest in developing clinical or service areas within the practice
* Familiarity with SystmOne
