Job Description:

Are you aquality assurance expertwith a drive for continuous improvement? Do you have a passion for ensuring excellence in education and training? We are looking for aQuality Leadto take charge of driving high standards across our apprenticeship programmes.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Lead to join our construction team as we continue our journey to excellence. Working with the Work Based Learning Manager, you will closely monitor performance of the apprenticeship delivery team to ensure KPI’s are consistently exceeded, using interventions where required to drive overall performance.

Ideally, you will have a background in teaching/assessing/quality assurance from a construction education setting. However, we would be keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate high levels of knowledge of apprenticeship Standards delivery, with a proven ability to motivate staff and provide high levels of overall team performance.

What You'll Do:

* Lead the charge indriving ongoing quality improvementacross our apprenticeship programmes.
* Provideoverarching quality assurancefor full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
* Inspire and manage a team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
* Analyse dataand produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.
* Take an active role in the regular learner review process.

* Proven experience inleading quality assuranceandimprovement initiatives.
* A deep understanding of thecurrent apprenticeship systemand its evolving landscape.
* Strong leadership andpeople management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Excellentreport writing and data analysisskills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.
* Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of high, timely achievement.

Essential Criteria

* Level 3 relevant vocational qualification and relevant vocational CPD
* Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications (or equivalent, A1, etc)
* Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
* Level 4 Leading Internal Quality Assurance Qualification

Essential Experience

* Experience of training and assessing within a Further Education or training environment.
* Recent vocational experience or history of continuous professional development in a relevant industry.
* Recent assessing experience in the relevant curriculum area.
* Experience of dealing with employers in a professional capacity.
* Significant experience of conducting assessment processes.
* Recent Internal Quality Assurance experience
* Evidence of significant experience in a quality monitoring role

Benefits

* Salary: £40,743 - £41,578 pa
* Superannuation Scheme: Teachers’ Pension Scheme
* Number of hours to be worked per week: 37
* Full year or term time only contract: Full Year
* Contract type: Full time
* Annual Leave Entitlement: 27 days per annum plus bank holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £41,578.00 per year
