MBR Partners is a niche recruitment business supplying candidates across the world to work with fast-growing technology companies (Telecoms, Security, Broadcast Media, Customer Experience / Marketing, Fintech, and many more). We are focused on the recruitment of permanent staff. Previous experience working in recruitment is not required. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to be based 5 days a week in our Paddington office (when not traveling) Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative : Execute various outbound sales & marketing campaigns, including cold calling to prospective clients (CEOs, CROs, CHRO, Sales Engineering Leaders) Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting at booths and driving face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities Book meetings for MBR Partners' CEO either virtually or face-to-face Creating unique verbal pitches depending on the target Capable of following a sales process involving LinkedIn connection requests, email, SMS messaging, and proactive calls Maintaining a sales pipeline through being highly organised and tenacious Research information about prospective customers using available resources Identify prospects and market trends through a combination of outbound techniques Help define the business development processes and improve them Accurately create, update, maintain, and nurture leads in MBR Partners CRM Your Requirements as an Business Development Representative Bachelor's degree required, 2:1 minimum from a good university Strong English Language skills Experience in telephone sales or telemarketing is preferred Passion for technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Result-driven with the mentality to always exceed targets Persistence & perseverance Customer service Motivation for sales - the role will come with commission/sales incentive programme (please note this role is purely focused on closing and developing new business leads and will pass on the recruitment (delivery) aspects to another team Please disregard the salary as it is flexible and up for change for this role
