6. Maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment to ensure operational readiness

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support a variety of projects, where analytical work packages can include:

7. Designing, verifying, and applying analytical methods for biopharmaceutical characterisation
8. Monitoring residuals and impurities, to support bioprocess development (e.g. host-cell proteins, residual DNA, RNA, and endotoxins)
9. Molecule characterisation to Identify critical quality attributes and molecule heterogeneity
10. Investigate stability (e.g. fragmentation, aggregation, solubility, particle formation)
11. Accelerated stability/ forced degradation studies
12. Understand degradation pathwaysDevelop stability indicating assaysSupport formulation developmentIdentify critical quality attributes
