About Our Client
This is working with a leading home furnishings/furniture manufacturer and supplier, who are currently expanding the sales team. They are recognised for their commitment to excellence and delivering high-quality products.
Job Description
3. Develop and implement sales strategy to ensure growth of the channel
4. Design performance management frameworks for the field sales team
5. Provide coaching and training to the team, providing them with the support needed to meet sales targets
6. Conduct regular visits with key customers, and audits of team to ensure consistency of field sales standards.
7. Remain in a hands on, customer facing capacity to stay in touch with market trends
8. Responsible for full P&L Revenue for the channel
9. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Field Sales Manager should have:
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
11. Sales experience within home furnishings, furniture or relatable/transferrable product area
12. Willingness to travel nationally
13. Solid business acumen, financial literacy, and strategic thinking capabilities.
14. Interpersonal and influencing skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationship, both field team and leadership team/ key stakeholders
