The role requires a creative individual capable of taking marketing ideas from brief through topletion, producing engaging content across a range of channels.Working as part of a small, agile team, you will support marketing activity across the UK and Ireland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and deliver marketing activities that promote projects, services and brand.
2. Produce creative content including photography (including drone imagery), graphics, and video content, from concept through to final output.
3. Design and create engaging materials including infographics, digital graphics, presentations and promotional materials.
4. Create and manage content across social media platforms, website updates, press releases and short-form video.
5. Support the planning and delivery ofpany events, project launches, site visits and promotional activities.
6. Monitor marketing performance and provide data analysis and reporting on marketing initiatives.
7. Coordinate and deliver multiple marketing projects in line with departmental marketing plans.
8. Maintain and update marketing budgets and provide updates for internal meetings, including Board reports.
9. Monitor industry trends andmunication channels to ensure their marketing remains innovative and effective.
10. Collaborate with internal teams across projects to support marketing initiatives.
11. Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and professionalmunication aligned with our values, culture and brand.
12. Support and undertake Social Value activities andmunity engagement initiatives as required.
REQUIREMENTS
13. Third level qualification in Marketing, Design,munications or a related discipline.
14. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
15. Experience within the construction or engineering industry would be an advantage.
16. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
17. Experience producing visual content including photography, video creation and editing.
18. Strong creativity with the ability to develop ideas and deliver finished marketing outputs.
19. Excellentmunication skills and strong attention to detail.
