About the Position
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media for our shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it’s about identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools to clip and enhance them, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivating content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.
Responsibilities
* Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
* Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
* YouTube growth & optimization – Boost YouTube channel growth by optimizing content, creating appealing titles and thumbnails, and utilizing platform features.
* AI content creation and curation – Generate and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining brand consistency.
* Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
* Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring, engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
* Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
* Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via platform analytics, report findings, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
* Successful experience growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Deep knowledge of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in video editing with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to changing deadlines and content priorities.
