We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a welcoming school in WN4, using your coaching skills to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. The Role Supporting pupils’ learning as a Teaching Assistant Using sports and physical activity to engage and motivate children Supporting behaviour management and positive attitudes to learning Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support Assisting with PE lessons, break/lunch activities and enrichment sessions Promoting teamwork, confidence and resilience through sport What We Offer Opportunity to transition from sports coaching into education Experience towards a future career in teaching or PE instruction Potential pathway to Cover Supervisor or Teacher Training routes Ongoing support and professional development Work within a supportive and inclusive WN4 school About You Background in sports coaching, mentoring or youth work Passion for working with children and young people Strong communication and behaviour management skills Positive role model with a proactive attitude Coaching qualifications desirable but not essential This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sports Coach to bring their skills into education and make a real difference to pupils’ engagement, wellbeing and achievement.
