Proven track record of designing and owning complex, multi-service enterprise solutions. Strong experience with effort estimation, staffing pyramids, delivery models, and productivity assumptions. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior internal leaders and customer executives. Confident presenter, comfortable leading solution discussions and customer orals. Experience in large-scale outsourcing or managed services environments (desirable). Exposure to telecoms, digital, IT, business services, customer operations, HR, finance, or supply chain services (desirable). Experience working in global, matrixed organizations (desirable). Responsibilities: Lead the design of complex, high-value solutions for large enterprise customers. Act as the solution owner for large, multi-service opportunities. Collaborate closely with customers, including C-suite stakeholders, sales, commercial teams, and delivery leaders. Create compelling, deliverable, and profitable solutions throughout the pre-sales process. Own solution definition from first engagement through to contract signature and transition into delivery.
