We have a new opportunity based in the hamlet of Hampton Magna (near Warwick) to work on a 1-2-1 basis with one of our incredible customers joining our service in December .Our customer requires round the clock support. We can offer part time or full-time hours and shift patterns are: 4:30pm-10pm or 3pm-10pm, Weekdays. 7am - 10pm, or 7am -3pm and 3pm - 10pm at weekends. Sleep in shifts (10pm-7am) and day shifts (8am-6pm) are also available. Our customers: Can be active and love going out for long walks, so would suit staff who can keep up our customers and are active, too. They absolutely adores music, food and accessing the community. Some do their own personal care (but may need prompting), customers require support with medication, some can feed and dress themselves and some may need assistance. They will need support to ensure customers are safe, monitor their health and wellbeing, prepare all meals, cleaning, shopping, community access, managing day to day finances and achieving daily outcomes. We need a support worker whom: Can be either male or female Must be car driver who is happy to take customer’s out in their car, so that our customer isn’t restricted to Hampton Magna Is active and enjoys long walks Can be fully flexible and won’t mind picking up extra shifts. Adaptable, we need to recruit a support worker for Chichester Lane, whom must be happy to support any of the customer’s who live there. Other customer’s have higher needs than this and are more complex. Examples of their needs: Stoma; Intermittent Catheterisation; Complex Epilepsy and frequent Seizures. Already has experience, and ideally a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care. This is a great opportunity to really build a bond with a fantastic customer and his housemates.
