Overview
The parents of a 7-year-old boy are looking for 2 or 3 caring and reliable Personal Assistants to support their son. He is a loving, happy child, who loves soft play, sensory activities, bouncing, parks, wildlife and days out.
The boy has profound autism and is non-verbal and has limited understanding. He requires close supervision due to eloping and support with personal care.
Responsibilities
* Provide close supervision to prevent eloping.
* Support with personal care.
* Assist with sensory activities, soft play, bouncing, parks, wildlife and days out.
Qualifications
Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, which will be met by the local authority/employer.
Location & Pay
Location: HU5 area of Hull.
Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.
Hours: 6 hours term time (mainly weekends) / 20 hours school holidays.
