Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

Are you a Psychology graduate passionate about supporting young people’s mental health?
A secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the school’s SEN and pastoral teams, supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis. This includes helping pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and confidence building.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
* Assisting with wellbeing interventions and mentoring programmes
* Working alongside the SENDCo and external professionals
* Helping staff maintain a calm, structured learning environment
This role suits Psychology graduates interested in teaching, counselling, or clinical psychology.
We’re looking for:
* A minimum 2:1 BSc in Psychology from a UK university
* A compassionate, resilient, and proactive mindset
* An interest in behaviour, mental health, or educational psychology
* Full availability from September 2025 – July 2026
